Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium is family owned and operated by Kelly and Lori Hiatt. Kelly and Lori have 3 grown children and ten grandchildren.
In November 2006, Kelly and Lori had to euthanize and cremate their six-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Jesse. Through this experience they had the desire to help others through the difficult process of losing a beloved pet. They moved from Utah and joined Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium in 2007 and in 2009 became the sole operators. Kelly and Lori along with their children, have owned and loved animals their entire lives. They are devoted to their pets. In July 2014 they lost their rescued ShihTzu Zen to liver disease and now have a new rescued MinPin/Chi mix from Denkai Animal Sanctuary and Mini who accompanies them to work every day. They feel it is a privilege and honor to help families during their time of need.
Lori’s background is business administration, working in both the business and medical fields. In addition to helping Kelly run the day to day operations she also handles the financial and management of Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium. She cherishes the opportunities she has to interact daily with clients and helping them through the difficult process of losing their pets. Kelly and Lori have two furkids at home, a Miniature Russian Toy Terrier named Rudy and a beautiful Chihuahua name Mini that joined their family after Lori’s mom passed away.
Kelly’s background includes 37 years in retail and management, which gives him the necessary experience to run the detailed operations of owning a pet crematorium. Kelly is a “Certified Crematory Operator” as well as a “Certified Pet Loss Professional” with both of these designations through the PLPA (Pet Loss Professionals Alliance). Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium is a proud member of both the PLPA and the ICCFA (International Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Association).

Kelly Williams joined the Rainbow Bridge team in July 2013 as a overnight crematory technician. His background is animals and reptiles and he thoroughly enjoys what he does here and is committed to taking care of our clients four legged family members. When he is not working he is dedicated to being a daddy to his two little girls and taking care of his family. He is married and they have an Italian Greyhound named Sugar.
Luke joined the Rainbow Bridge team in September 2018 as a crematory technician. Luke was born in Colorado but grew up in Texas and attended Electrical Engineering courses at Texas Tech University. He recently moved back to Colorado with his girlfriend and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team. Luke is very detailed oriented and has a great love for animals.
Orville used to be Kelly and Lori’s next door neighbor and is a driver for Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium, joining the team in January 2013. Orville is retired and decided he was tired of being bored during the day and asked Kelly and Lori if they needed any part-time help. His timing was perfect and he now spends his days driving to the various clinics that Rainbow Bridge services from Franktown to Cheyenne and Estes Park to Fort Morgan.
Daisy joined Rainbow Bridge in May of 2018 as a driver and crematory assistant. She loves the variety of her position, as she never gets bored. She shares her life with her Chow X named George that she recently rescued.
Christi joined Rainbow Bridge in June of 2018 as a driver and paw print specialist. Christi has worked in the vet field for many years, as kennel technician and kennel manager. She was extremely thrilled to join our team as it is an area that she has a true passion for. She takes her responsibility as a paw print specialist very serious. She knows from experience what a precious memento a paw print can be to our families.
