Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium was born from a passion for animals. While Kelly & Lori Hiatt never imagined themselves owning / operating a crematorium, they quickly realized they could help people cope with the loss of their beloved pets.

Who better to identify with grieving family members than two people who have lost pets of their own and understand the significance? At Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium, we understand the important role your pet has played in your life. That's why we are committed to providing your pet with respectful and dignified end-of-life care, and helping you through this difficult time.

Kelly & Lori Hiatt
Owners
Kelly and Lori have owned and loved animals throughout their lives, as children and together with their three grown children. They recently rescued their 8 year old ShihTzu, Zen, who goes to work with them everyday. Through their own experience of having to euthanize and cremate their six-year-old beloved dog Jesse in November 2006, Lori and Kelly were compelled to move from Utah in September 2007 to join the business, knowing that they could make a difference for others experiencing the same loss.

Lori's business administration background, in both the business and medical fields, enables her to take care of the financial- and management-related matters associated with the business. With Kelly’s background in retail and management they make the perfect team and enjoy working together .
